Want to read the Bible with me today? http://www.timhowey.com/2016/01/my-bible-reading-2016.html
First, ask God to see something you can apply to your life.
Then, read Proverbs 13.
Then, write down something you can apply to your life.
Then, read what I wrote:
- Historical -- King Solomon writes his son about God's wisdom on a host of issues: listening, guarding what you say, working hard, generosity, honesty, humility, etc.
- Doctrinal -- On a human level, Solomon wrote these words to his son; on a spiritual level, God the Father is warring these words to all people He created.
- Inspirational -- God? May Your presence in me keep me humble enough to hear changes You want me to hear regardless of how the comment is packaged (verses 10 & 18).
